Producers: JS Marketing Group, LLC is an event & marketing company started by James Saunders III of New York City. This venture began to fill the void in programming for the over 30 LGBT African American & Latino market. Over the last 25 years the principals of JS Marketing Group, LLC have been bringing unique events to the Gay & Lesbian community in New York City and beyond. From the beginning founder James Saunders has searched for unique venues to present interesting events. It started in a beauty shop in Manhattan, from there various unique loft spaces that featured open bars and culturally centered entertainment for the male and female population. They then moved on to the Legendary South Oxford Club, next came the Octagon in Manhattan and the Brooklyn Cafe. The weekly parties continued but the group wanted more. They planned trips to Panama, Dominican Republic, Barbados,Trinidad, Amsterdam, South Africa, Puerto Rico, Brazil (Carnival in Rio and Bahia) and most of the Prides. Since 2001, the principals of the JS Marketing Group has produced 5 White Party Moonlight Cruises on various luxury yachts in NYC, promoter partner of the Winter Explosion Getaway, Dominican Island Heat I & II in DR and Bahian Heat in Brazil. Creator of Dominican Island Heat I & II in the Dominican Republic and Bahian Heat in Sao Paulo and Salvador Brasil. They have also produced events for Black Pride NYC, Inc. and coordinated sponsorship deals with ABSOLUT Vodka, Verizon, Anheuser-Busch and others. ZenBizness, LLC executive produced two plays and one independent feature film. Laurence Pinckney, president of ZenBizness, LLC has worked with the world's greatest entertainers, including: Patti Labelle, Deniece WIlliams, The Wailers and Sister Sledge, among many others. The former college promoter produced concerts for Clark University in Massachusetts, with an all star lineup which included: Charlie Mingus, Betty Carter, Grover Washington, Jr., Bonnie Raitt, Robert Palmer, Talking Heads, and many more.
